In March, 2003, we had a preliminary design review (PDR) relating to APOLLO's interface to the Apache Point Observatory. This PDR PDF document was prepared to address key issues in this vein, mostly stressing thermal control, electrical requirements, etc. A critical design review (CDR) shortly followed in early May to finalize mechanical, plumbing, and thermal protection plans. Here is the CDR PDF document treating these topics.
