Forced Harmonic Motion and resonance

One last twist on simple harmonic motion occurs when an object is driven by some external oscillating force. We call the result forced harmonic motion, and there is one particular facet of such motion which is important.

We'll have a chance to do an experiment with forced harmonic motion and resonance tomorrow.

But, today, let's go back to the good old physical pendulum.
