I spent a morning wa..rough Kiso-Fukushima	I started in a cemet..lls to the north ...	A path ran off into the trees ...	... to a secluded portion of the cemetery
The town lies in the..ey of the Kiso River	Many varieties of ch..e still in bloom ...	... due to the cooler climate	I could pick out a f..ls across the valley
Some of the colors were crazy ...	... as were some shapes	Along the banks of t..through the town ...	... were bas-reliefs in the concrete
I guess this area is famous for its horses	This may refer to th.. along the Nakasendo	During autumn festiv..ry to flip them over	.
I then walked to the.. Zen Buddhist Temple	The Museum is ahead,..d gardens all around	Is this a "weeping cherry?"	In the museum, sampl..s kept in the temple
I liked this series of little bowls	.	Does he look mean, or just hungry?	.
One ceiling is covered in painted panels	I bought postcards o..ese flower paintings	The death of Buddha	Not only humans are mourning
Is the tiger really .. or just very tired?	Enlightened ones app..tly don't need shoes	I headed back out to the gardens	This tiny pool and garden was roped off
The famous rock gard.. ... being refreshed	More crazy colors	A giant wisteria (?) in the courtyard	I'd like to come back in the fall
