Would a staircase make a good ski slope?

Suppose that we used one of the staircases in Building 76 to make a ski slope: we took it outside and covered it with snow.

Would this slope (if we could extend it for a few hundred meters) count as a beginner, intermediate, or expert slope? You can use this as a very very rough guide: 


  beginner          angle  <  12 degrees

  intermediate      angle  <  12 degrees  <  30 degrees

  expert            angle  >  30 degrees
