   Answer:  "electrically polar".   That means that the molecule
	         should have a positively charged end and a negatively
				charged end.

Question 2

A parallel plate capacitor with air between its plates has a capacitance of 5 microFarads. It is charged to 6 Volts. How much energy does it store?

   Answer:    0.5 * C * V^2  =  9 x 10^(-5) Joules

Question 3

The same capacitor has the space between its plates filled with a material of dielectric constant kappa = 4. It is again charged to 6 Volts. How much energy does it store now?

   Answer:    kappa * 0.5 * C * V^2  =  36 x 10^(-5) Joules
