The blue jay starts at the position marked "A" on the map

  It flies a distance -320 meters East, +112 meters North.  That
takes it to the center of the roof of the

              Student Innovation Hall  =  SIH

  Its next trip is 254 meters at 25.7 degrees North of East.
That corresponds to a displacement of

               254 m * cos(25.7 degrees)  =  229 meters East
               254 m * sin(25.7 degrees)  =  110 meters North

and so it lands on the sculpture at the center of the Infinity Quad.
This sculpture, known as "the Infinity Loop", or "Construction 105",
was built in

                  1968

  Finally, the bird flies a displacement

             127 meters i-hat  =  127 meters East
             198 meters j-hat  =  198 meters North

and ends up on the roof of the
